Phase 1 — Establish Organisational Systems
Define responsibilities and agree on how to plan activities and manage finances.
Phase 2 — Build Repeatable Fundraising
Plan and run suitable fundraising activities. Track income, costs and participation to identify approaches that can be sustained.
Phase 3 — Expand Educational Programs
Develop additional programs with children's homes and community organisations, adapting activities to each partner's needs.
Phase 4 — Develop Partnerships & Larger Events
Build structured relationships with businesses and organisations to support programs, materials, venues and larger fundraising events.
Phase 5 — Strengthen Volunteer Capacity
Recruit and train volunteers to support teaching, events, fundraising, communications, logistics and administration.
Phase 6 — Explore Expansion
If the local model is sustainable, work with trusted organisations in other communities while maintaining consistent standards.
